Howdy folks,
I emailed a music venue on saturday with a complaint after going there on friday night, but i have had no response (which i'm not imressed about) so i'm wondering if anyone can suggest someone to cc. in when i re-send the email on monday.
basically the complaint was that i called the venue and checked that they had an accessible toilet, and arranged a high seat to be reserved for me and it was all fine when i got there and they let me in early an everything. took the lift up to the accessible toilet and there was no toilet seat! i told the staff that wasn't good enough so they let me go to the staff toilets (where i was super lucky not to dislocate my hip and get stuck on the loo!). but the staff toilets didn't have any soap! by the way this is a nightclub/music venue, so the bar staff use these toilets

not impressed.
I figured if i cc-ed someone else in they might take my complaint more seriously. Can anybody help?
